MAY BUSINESS SPOTLIGHT
GOOD SHEPHERD HOSPICE
Good Shepherd Hospice is a privately owned
organization that has been providing end of life
care to patients and families since 1995.
Good Shepherd Hospice offers a concept of
care that addresses the medical, emotional and
spiritual needs of patients suffering from a life-limiting illness. Their care team is comprised of nurses, home health aides, spiritual support staff and patient volunteers who deliver care with compassion and dignity.
Miranda Redin, Executive Director for the Lenexa branch, began her career in Hospice over 13 years ago. She was born and raised in the south, which is what inspired her to expand their service area and offer quality end of life care to the more rural communities.
In February, 2019, Good Shepherd Hospice was approved for expansion and has recently opened a new office located at 427 S. Oak in Garnett, KS. With the new office location, Good Shepherd will now be able to serve even more patients and families in the area.
Good Shepherd Hospice is committed to providing all patients and family members with the highest level of care and support. Their care is always guided by the partnerships established with their patients, families, and the community. They take pride in their care team who dedicate their lives each day to carry out the Good Shepherd Hospice Mission: “Serving people with compassion and dignity.”
